• Shipping method: Parcel
• Delivery area: Individual inquiries for countries other than Korea and Japan
• Shipping cost: Depends on the condition
• Delivery period : 3 to 10 days (subject to change depending on flight and weather)
• Delivery information
  - The product you ordered will take about 3 to 10 days after payment is confirmed, and it may take longer if the weather conditions are bad. (excluding weekends/holidays)
  - Delivery to Korea and Japan is possible, and the shipping company is selected as the most optimal delivery time.
  - The default shipping fee is 1200 JPY.

Shipping information

• Courier: Affiliated Courier
• Delivery area: Korea and Japan
• delivery fee: For shipping to Japan, the basic shipping fee starts from 1200 JPY, and for Korea, the basic shipping fee starts from 3000 JPY.
• If the temperature is below freezing or does not exceed 30 degrees Celsius, the handling time for shipment is 1-3 business days. (excluding weekends/holidays)
• In case of weather issues, we will contact you individually.

 

Cancellation / Exchange / Return Information

※ Cancellation can be requested at the order reception/payment completion stage.

※ You can apply for cancellation at the product preparation stage through the customer center, and after checking with the seller, the order status will be canceled.

 ※ Due to the uniqueness of wine, exchanges, and returns due to a simple change of mind are not possible.

• If you wish to exchange/return for reasons such as misdelivery, you must contact the head office via e-mail or bulletin board within 3 days of receiving the product. The return cost will be borne by RareWine.

 

If exchange/return is not possible

 

• Damaged labels and appearance
• If the packaging is opened or the packaging is damaged and the product value is lost
• If the product is lost or damaged due to the customer's responsibility
• If the wine is damaged due to a customer requesting delivery even though we have provided delivery information according to temperature
• If the value of the product is damaged and resale is impossible
• Rarewine is basically a direct pickup principle. In the case of negligence during transportation, the carrier's compensation regulations apply.
