International Shipping

Available product lines, shipping rates, and fees may vary depending on the delivery country and address. We offer DHL International and DHL International Express services. The delivery time varies by the DHL Service, Destination country's DHL Service, and Customs clearance procedures. When customs clearance procedures are required and the customs clearance causes a delay, it can be delayed beyond our original delivery time.

• We target countries around the world where DHL shipping is available, excluding some countries.
• We usually ship within 1-2 weeks, and if it is not a public holiday, we try to start shipping quickly.
• Cancellation and refund cannot be requested after pickup is completed by DHL, our delivery company.
• We cannot know the climate conditions such as temperature of every country. For that reason, we are not responsible for damage to wine due to temperature during shipping.
• Due to the temperature in Japan where we start shipping, we do not ship during the summer season.
• For delivery in times other than Japan's summer season, buyers must determine the climate of their country before ordering.
• If the temperature is too high (above 30 degrees Celsius) or too cold (below -5 degrees Celsius), the wine may be damaged.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you have any questions regarding the shipping charges, liquor import tax & customs duties, please do not hesitate to contact us. *We can not offer international shipping in some countries because of delivery time, tracking information, customs clearance, import duty, and liquor import limitations.
