Emmanuel Rouget, known as a nephew of Henri Jayer, the so-called "god of Burgundy," is renowned for having learned winemaking skills from Henri Jayer. The Emmanuel Rouget winery began in the early 1980s when Emmanuel started managing and established a winery named after him.

Currently, Emmanuel Rouget is one of the highest-rated producers in Burgundy, with some of his wines, like Romanée-Conti, being considered among the best in the world.

The Emmanuel Rouget Passetoutgrain is made by Emmanuel Rouget with the aim of creating an easy-to-enjoy wine, featuring a light fruit aroma dominated by red fruit flavors like strawberries and raspberries, known for its soft tannins and acidity.

It is known that it tastes best at a slightly lower temperature than typical red wines.

It pairs well with light dishes such as Grilled Salmon with Dill Sauce, Chicken Breast Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette, Prosciutto with Melon, Pound Cake with Berries and Cream, and Pepperoni Pizza.

Emmanuel Rouget는 현재 부르고뉴에서 가장 높은 평가를 받는 생산자 중 한명이며, 그의 와인 중 본로마네 크로파랑투 같은 와인은 세계 최고의 와인으로 평가받고 있습니다.  

엠마뉴엘 후제 파스투그랭 [Emmanuel Rouget Passetoutgrain]는 Emmanuel Rouget가 가볍게 즐기기 쉬운 와인을 목적으로 만든 와인으로, 딸기, 라즈베리 등의 붉은 과실 풍미가 주를 이루는 가벼운 과실향 위주의 와인으로 부드러운 탄닌과 산미가 유명합니다.

일반적인 레드와인의 온도보다 조금 낮은 온도에서 마실 때 가장 풍미가 좋은 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
