It is highly sought after, even within the U.S., and often difficult to find due to its small production and immense popularity among wine enthusiasts. Made from 100% Chardonnay, this sparkling wine follows the traditional Champagne method, but California’s warmer climate imparts riper fruit notes and greater richness.
